Thoughts for Today

I see no reason that man kind cannot exist without war and violence. As beings of free will we have the choice to not engage at such. No one benefits from these things, they bring only pain. I believe the world can be a better place if we choose to make it so.

Prepare pomegranates in the sink there is a lot of juice and they can be kind of messy.

Computer Fan Screws tend to strip and not go in straight use 1 1/4" #6 machine screws and nuts, they are much easier to use and it makes fans easier to remove for cleaning.

No matter how bad things get they could be worse.

What I'd like to see from a Politician

1. Admit wrong doing and errors. If you say or do something wrong admit to.

2. Don't point fingers. I don't care what you say about how your opponent is wrong, what are you going to do that is right?

Let your anger be like a monkey in a pinata

I can understand calling tech support because you don't understand computers (though I do think that if you want to use a computer you should try to develop some level of understanding about how to use them). However what has never made sense to me is people calling tech support and being either rude or just down right mean and angry. Lately I've just been inundated with rude and well angry customers, often times for things that take me 30 seconds to fix. You know if you're calling tech support take a deep breath, calm down, and realize that when someone picks up your call there is a living, breathing, human that doesn't like getting yelled at on the other end. I don't think there is any amount of money you can pay someone to make getting yelled at for something that they are just paid to help with alright.

A matter of perspective

Perspective is an interesting thing and can be dramatically affected by emotional states.

How we perceive a situation when we are happy or sad are generally going to be different, and often drastically different. For example when you are sad you feel like you're alone, not connected to anything, lost, and searching. When you are happy the world feels full of light, everything seems to be better, the world is more vibrant and you feel connected to the universe.

I'm in the happy state right now, and intend to stay there! :-D

Who Needs Sleep

I guess when you're happy you need a lot less sleep. Probably didn't go to bed when I should have this morning, but yet I have more energy than I ever remember having at 8 in the morning! I guess I used to use sleep as an escape from reality and now I'd rather be awake. :-D Thanks to the source of my happiness! Also on that note I forgot to set my alarm last night but the kitten jumped on my head this morning and woke up up on time. So thanks for the wake up kitty.

Cool Name

Despite its possible religious and movie related references Trinity is a cool sounding name. (Customer had it)

Though I bet the usage of that name has gone way up since the Matrix.

Some Initial Thoughts

Today's Thought: Emotions need a constructive outlet otherwise they can turn non-constructive emotions.

Some people need sports to work out aggression (I'm not one of them), aggression is ok but held in it can become anger and violence.
But positive emotions need an outlet too. How horrible would it be to feel something about someone and not let it out? I'm speaking from experience here that caring about someone is great but expressing it is even greater.
And I just violated what I said I probably won't do, but oh well I'm going to slip every once in a while. But I guess then if I didn't do what I just did I would be violating what I just said. :-D So yay for not being a hypocrite!

Weird

Ok its weird when make a wish calls you. And how do you talk to someone about a child you know is terminal?

New Plan

Ok so I started this blog to post answers to technically questions that have basically driven me insane and hope to alleviate that headache for someone else. However I keep forgetting about it and well I've only posted once. Someone I care about showed me her blog and so I'm going to restart this one. Though I'm not the type of person to lay my feelings out on the net (there are very few people I talk about them to in my personal life), so it will most likely be weird stuff I find on the internet or just random insights thoughts because that's how I think.
